Storage and access

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each user can only access their own data — profiles, projects, and documents are never visible to other users. File uploads are scanned for malware before they are processed.

How AI features use your data

Your profile and scholarship data are sent securely to power fit analysis and document generation. This data is used only to fulfill your specific request — it is not retained by our AI model provider, shared with third parties, or used to train any model. We track usage (the number of operations run) for billing and quality purposes only.

Note: We never share your personal information with third parties or scholarship providers without your consent.

What you'll see

There is no separate "data settings" panel to configure — these protections apply automatically to every account. If you ever want your data removed entirely, see Delete Your Account.
