Create a Project

A project is your workspace for a single scholarship application — it holds the scholarship details, your linked student profile, fit analysis results, generated documents, timeline, and progress notes, all in one place. Create one project per scholarship you plan to apply to.

Steps

1. Click New Project from the dashboard or the Projects page.
2. Enter the scholarship name, a description, and the deadline if you know it.
3. Link the project to a student profile.
4. Alternatively, start from the Scholarships page and click Add to Project on any listing — this pre-fills the scholarship details for you automatically.

Tip: Set the real deadline when you create the project. It shows up on the project page and on your dashboard, so all your upcoming deadlines are visible at a glance, and projects can be sorted by deadline to help you prioritize.

What you'll see

Inside a project, work is organized into tabs: Overview, Requirements, Analysis, Documents, and more as you unlock them — plus a progress tracker across the top showing where you stand. The steps are Profile → Requirements → Analysis → Timeline → Documents → Progress → Submit; once Analysis is done, every remaining step unlocks and you can work through them in any order.

Plan limits: Free includes 1 project. The Season Pass includes up to 10 projects, and the Family Pass includes up to 20 projects shared across up to 3 student profiles.
