Use Your Own Materials

If you have existing essays, a CV, or other documents from past applications, uploading them gives OppPaths real context to draw on — beyond what is in your structured profile fields.

Steps

1. Open your project and go to the Materials tab.
2. Upload old essays, a CV, supporting documents, or anything else relevant to this application (PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPG, JPEG, or PNG, up to 10MB each).
3. Once uploaded, OppPaths automatically uses these as context for document generation, fit analysis, timeline planning, and the guided interview — you do not need to reference them manually each time.

Tip: Old essays are especially useful — they carry your real voice and specific stories that a structured profile field cannot fully capture, which helps generated drafts sound more like you.

What you'll see

Uploaded materials stay attached to the project and quietly inform everything AI-generated inside it from that point forward, without you needing to re-upload or re-reference them for each new document.
