Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your account and all associated data

You can delete your OppPaths account and everything tied to it at any time.

Steps

  1. Email support@opppaths.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account.
  2. We will confirm the request is really you, then delete your account and all associated data — student profiles, projects, generated documents, uploaded materials, and everything else tied to it.

Note: This is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no way to recover a deleted account or its data afterward, so if you just want a break rather than a clean break, consider archiving your projects instead — see Submit or Archive a Project.

If you have an active pass

Deleting your account does not refund unused time on an active Season Pass or Family Pass. If you believe you are owed a refund, see Your Pass and Credits first.

What happens next

You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete. There is currently no self-service deletion button in the app — it goes through support so we can confirm it is really you asking before anything is permanently removed.
