Delete Your Account
Permanently remove your account and all associated data
You can delete your OppPaths account and everything tied to it at any time.
Steps
- Email support@opppaths.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account.
- We will confirm the request is really you, then delete your account and all associated data — student profiles, projects, generated documents, uploaded materials, and everything else tied to it.
Note: This is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no way to recover a deleted account or its data afterward, so if you just want a break rather than a clean break, consider archiving your projects instead — see Submit or Archive a Project.
If you have an active pass
Deleting your account does not refund unused time on an active Season Pass or Family Pass. If you believe you are owed a refund, see Your Pass and Credits first.
What happens next
You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete. There is currently no self-service deletion button in the app — it goes through support so we can confirm it is really you asking before anything is permanently removed.
