Buy, extend, or check your Season Pass — and how credits work

Your plan, pass status, and AI credits all live in one place, separate from Settings.

Checking your plan

Your current plan, pass expiry, and remaining credits are always visible on the Usage & Billing page.

Buying a pass

The Season Pass and Family Pass are one-time payments, valid for the period you choose (3 or 6 months). There is no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. Want another season later? Buy a new pass when you need it.

When your pass ends

Your account returns to Free automatically, and nothing is charged. You keep read access to every project and document you already have. Generating new documents or fit analyses beyond what Free includes needs a new pass. We send a reminder email before your pass expires, to help you plan around upcoming deadlines.

Extending a pass

Pass holders can add 3 months from inside the app for a one-time fee, without buying a full new season.

Upgrading from Season Pass to Family Pass

Upgrading is a fresh Family Pass purchase; remaining time on a Season Pass is not prorated.

Credits

  • Free includes a one-time starter allowance.
  • The Season Pass and Family Pass each include a full-season credit allowance.
  • Extra credits are purchasable any time, and persist after your pass ends — they do not expire.
  • Fit analyses, document generation, and refinements consume credits; browsing, profile edits, and deadline tracking are free.

Refunds

Bought a pass and something went wrong? Contact support@opppaths.com within 14 days. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Payment methods

Cards are accepted via Stripe.

What you'll see

Usage & Billing is a standalone page rather than a Settings tab, so it can be linked to directly from checkout confirmations and reminder emails.
