Test Scores and Achievements

How to enter scores, honors, and experience the right way

Test scores and achievements are some of the highest-signal fields in a profile — scholarship committees weigh them heavily, and OppPaths uses them directly in fit analysis and document generation.

Entering test scores

Add scores like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or GRE in the Test Scores field, separated by semicolons — for example: IELTS: 7.5; SAT: 1450; GRE: 320. You can enter as many as apply; leave it blank for any test you have not taken yet.

Entering achievements and experience

Beyond scores, fill in:

  • Extracurricular activities and leadership roles
  • Volunteer work and community service
  • Work and research experience
  • Publications, if any
  • Honors and awards
  • Languages spoken and relevant certifications

Tip: Be specific. "Led a team of 12 volunteers to raise $3,000 for a local shelter" gives the AI far more to work with than "volunteering." Specific details turn into specific, credible sentences in your generated documents.

What you'll see

These fields feed directly into your fit analysis (as evidence for the strengths and gaps you see) and into every generated document — reference letters and SOPs in particular draw heavily on your listed experience and achievements.
