Slow generations, low credits, wrong info, and exporting drafts
Document generation is taking a long time
Document generation goes through several stages to produce a polished result, so an SOP or CV taking about a minute or two is normal. If the loading indicator has been spinning for more than a couple of minutes, refresh the page and check the job notification before starting another generation. A retry is a new AI attempt and uses a new credit.
I ran out of AI credits
You have a couple of options:
- Buy a credit pack (5, 15, 50, or 100 credits) on the Usage & Billing page — purchased credits never expire.
- Get a Season Pass or Family Pass for a larger credit allowance for the length of your pass.
I found incorrect scholarship information
Email support@opppaths.com with the scholarship name and what needs to be corrected. All scholarship data is curated and verified, and we will update it as soon as possible.
Tip: Reporting bad data helps every other student who might apply to the same scholarship, not just you.
How do I export a generated document?
Copy the generated text and paste it into your preferred word processor (Google Docs, Microsoft Word, etc.) for further formatting. Direct DOCX and PDF download is coming soon.
